A minimum amount of votes are required to be eligible for this list and we keep that number confidential. To make the home page list, the requirements are even more stringent so an author might be at the top of this list but not make the home page list.  Certain secret factors are taken in to consideration.

Some votes will be weighted higher than others based on a multitude of secret factors and special potions.
