VoicesNet rescued me when I became stranded from the outside world after losing my voice for several months. Here, I found friendship, acceptance and renewal.
Hello, you can call me Kris. I live in Villa Grove, Illinois, in the USA and have been writing poetry since 1997. I was a columnist for the "Villa Grove News" (local newspaper) for over 10 year and became owner and editor of "Anorexic Zombie Gazette & Publishing, established August of 2009. July 2010, my husband and I also opened a mini-mall in the business district of Villa Grove.
I published my first novel "BLOODLINE: The Glass House" in November 2007, in the genre of Christian Horror Fiction, "JUNK MAN" (a horror novella), in 2008, and am currently working on the second book of the BLOODLINE Trilogy, and have completed my vampire novel, "DAWN & THE DEAD" posted here on voicesnet.com. It took me from March 2009 - the end of May 2010, posting it approximately a chapter a week.
