Spring, a poem by Katie Wong
Season Poems & Spring Poetry
Katie Wong,
Spring
Spring season brings fresh honeysuckle blooms Blushing petals soft with dew spotted leaf The sweet scent mirrors your fragrant perfumes Oh! thine image only you give relief Rapturous choirs are your sweet birdsong That prove true your gestures as grace and poise And mark me steadfast your love all along My passion for you blocks all other noise The truth you accept will help you achieve A youthful true love to cherish and shield Welcome me now and prefer to believe My words will open what once was concealed Thoughts in this letter will prove my love strong My hope is you'll find where you truely belong
