This war is with me, its not with you. Please hear my words and think them all through. A bad upbringing, a world of pain, comes out from within to haunt me again. When will it stop, when will it cease? When do I develop some eternal peace? From Christ it will come, just as this rhyme came into my heart, flowed through to my mind. A feeling of empathy for you and for me. Is this all,..it was meant to be? A hope and a prayer, Lord hear me today let my love be true, let it be the way She will be in my life, for I feel for her so, perhaps as a friend, maybe her feelings will grow.
