THANK YOU FOR SHOWING

thank you for showing guidance on the way
and resisting the temptation of attachment
thank you for firmly repudiating the hands
grasping something other than enlightenment
thank you for always being aloof and remote
and for giving the great opportunity to learn
thank you for staying committed to hope
for without you life’s flame will still burn
