MONDAY MORNING MOANING

Monday morning moaning
Tuesday trip to town
Wednesday weeping woman
Thursday think thumbs down
Friday's fair for floating
Saturday sulking, so sad
Sunday singing sweetly
Monday morning mad

Lee Emmettthanks again, Melissa, all the best with your writing, and with your assignment!Australia5/26/2009 10:09:25 AM
MelissaThanks Ms.Emmett! I really appreciate your advice on poetry. We are actually having a poetry assginment in class in which we write three poems and those poems have to include simile, metaphors and alliteration and the use of sensory lanuage. I am done assginment but I just hope that I am successful in this assignment :) Canada5/26/2009 12:39:20 AM
Lee Emmettthanks Melissa, not everything written works out brilliantly, by any stretch of the imagination ... sometimes poems seem to write themselves ... other times need to work a bit harder ... recommend writing every day, and carrying a notebook for those special moments of inspiration ... usually write to work out an emotion, or record a fleeting impression ... all the best with your poetry ...Australia5/14/2009 1:21:44 AM
