POST UME

It was a battle
One of a kind
Bringing on warrriors
From both far and near
Under the same roof
For a test of their
Educational prowess.

Oh! What a tragedy of fate
For both the high and mighty.
For the worst was yet to come,
For ambitons were shattered
For not meeting up to expectations.

A kind of filtering
It turned out,
Out the bad eggs
Leaving behind
A few good eggs.

To imagine the proud soldiers
Present at battle that day
To mention not the smart lads
Armed with swords at hand
With shoulders rubbed with me
On that great day
Of POST UME
Who to never think of
Ever meeting again in life
For a very long time.

Oh! The tragedy that struck
At POST UME.
A reasonable sum fought,
But a few privileged
Heros like me survived
To tell the tale
Of the great POST UME.
