Sprightly May, teacher’s day, being one is cool, Warm June, assessment time, learn smart to win, Dry July, sweaty shirts, sun hot on skin, Torrid August, need a dip by the pool. September’s promise! Hard work, bright future! October gives rewards, diligence pays. Had to rewrite this poem when I went through the internet and found that all sonnets are a 14-line poem but with 10 syllables - and each type of poem had different rhythms.
