TRAGEDY
Tragedy is innate in us For the monopoly death Has got over our lives One is born within it, grows, blooms and lives Within it and within it one dies Tragedy is innate in us For the life it makes us live For the death it makes us die of In the pilgrimage to the new worldI have a part in this tragedy, a part in this death It is my part of truth in this parcel of life That forsakes me the sad denouement Of my lost innocence
