Tareq and Michaela's Most Excellent White House Adventure

Tareq and Michaela were so bored!
How to be different from the usual D.C. social horde?
Ebulliently deciding to 'just go' to a state dinner!

Surely THEY could enter!
Absent a White House invitation?
Looking the power couple - a photographic sensation!
Awash in all that self-absorbed glitz, glam - and rampant ego ham!
How was the poor Secret Service to know - it was a SCAM?
Into every politician's picture they barged!
Snapped with Obama - and even Osama when photos were enlarged?

Jacinta RamayahThe incident was scary, don't you think? It seems funny now but how if it had been someone with evil intentions? The Salahis should have been put in remand and questioned for their sheer impudence! I like the way you wrote this poem - in acrostic form.Malaysia12/4/2009 7:31:50 AM
