CHANGING SEASONS
the autumn leaves have adorned her naked child who diedhis legacy so rudely scornedall because the summer lied- then with the fall of winter raincomes a bridge to cross the pain for what was and now is lostlays deep beneath the bitter frost-no matter how hard we try or ponderthe past lays for ever yonder –but in the spring the earth will beara new beginning of promise sweetand a plead for her new child to dare to be part of the eternal beat –and so the story goes of seasons very oldand behold for in it a valuable lesson toldwhat was and what is yet to barein joy or sorrow we all have share
