THE GARDEN, a poem by Martina Ruth Hauck, USA
Spring Poems & Sonnets Poetry

THE GARDEN
Honeysuckles spreading sweet scents.Crisp, green grass like a soft pallet.A stream quietly bubbling nearby.Hummingbirds buzz from blossom to blossom. The morning sun blazes in the sky.Roses gently propelling their sweet perfume through the air.Billowing clouds float lazily across the sky.Birds chirping in the distance, calling out to one another.Tulips spring open to warm their petals with sunshine.Sunflowers stretch and reach towards the soft sunlight.A cool breeze sweeps throughout tree branches, making them sway to their own melody. All of these magnificant scents and emotions can be found only in this magical garden, where even the most sorrowfilled person can't shed a tear.
