MY PRECIOUS SON

Since the day you were born, I have loved you more and more...
Even though I can't see you like I want too..
To see your beautiful smile; to hear your beautiful laugh..
I wish things were different than they were yesterday....I wish I could feel your little hands on my face....smell you newborness in my nose..
To hear you say "Dadda", and giggle... I just sit, and think...
I think of you every day, and look at your picture every night before I go to sleep...
Your mother won't let me see you.. I guess she is scared of the bond we would have....
My mind fast-forwards to your first walk....to your first day at school...to your graduation...
and tears come to my eyes as I write this to you, my son....because I miss you so much it
feels like my chest is exploding....
Even if I never get to see you again...my love for you will never die; for you are my first born, my only born....my precious son.

AshleyThis is a beautiful and touching poem, it brang tears to my eyes. It must be hard what your going through, and i've kinda been there; even though I don't have a son, he's my little brother & my mom is trying to take him away from his family, because I raised him and took care of him, so to him I am his mom. And it's been really hard trying to stay strong through these past few years, but i'll never give up on him. I hope you don't give up trying to stay in touch with your son, even though she is trying to keep you away from him. Hope things get better for you!Canada5/17/2009 9:34:43 PM
