MY LENA, MY LENA
i need you to know the happiness you bring me so much as you grow. When i close my eyes and remember that smile, you're your mom all over again, when she was a child. I think of you twenty-four seven, because you're my little angel sent from heaven. Please forgive me for being so proud, because i have someone as precious as you for my grandchild. My life has changed but for the best. I think of you at night while i rest. My lena, my lena, i'm too short to grab the stars from the sky. So, here's some for now until i can reach that high. So you can see these every night up above. From grandma to you, with all my love.
