DESTINY

I was born on a ship called Destiny,
With no crew but fateful explorers.
Chanting their hopes in a thousand tongues;
"Let's sail on, sail on and sail on"

On the waters of a troubled sea,
A sunny spell cast its beam below.
Lightening the nights and blinding the days.
And we sailed on, sailed on and sailed on.

As the bellows of life raged on,
The hopeful chants of the explorers ceased.
And each man, to his cabin, he went.
Yet we sailed on, sailed on and sailed on.

Through a tunnel in a maze,
They disembarked at obscured docks.
Now alone in Destiny, without a destination
Nevertheless, I'll sail on and sail on.
