SISTERS FOREVER

Sisters of mine, don’t cry for the slim.
Don’t wet your eyes for the unholy guy.
Love works out in many weird ways.
Love will find you on your darkest days.

Sisterly love will follow you though.
I will be there to comfort you when you're blue.
Confronting fear and all your dark sins,
You can trust in me to help you though this.

Turn your pretty face to the blue sky.
Somebody there watching you cry.
She can not be here to hold your smooth hands
She sent me instead to save you from contempt.

It’s misunderstood why we're always apart
I wish I could change that, but the miles are hard
I drove for days to see your sweet face
I would drive for more to help you see better days.

Never lose hope for the light that might come.
Look into your son’s eyes if you can’t bear the dark.
He loves you like me, and possibly more.
Don’t let him see the sadness that makes your heart sore.

Listen to my words, they come from my heart
I feel strongly for you like the furry of a shark
I wish I could form an invisible shield.
To save you from harm like you just did.

Mom watching us from heaven’s bright gate.
You honor her memory with your loving ways.
You are my angel that she sent me from above.
Thank you for being there when I was in the dark.
