CHEERLEADERS

Cheerleading is not what everyone thinks
it's not just a bunch of girly girls wearing pink
it's a talent-filled game that takes effort
I don't care what anyone else says, IT IS A SPORT!

It is hard being judged by your peers
and being interrupted when you're doing your cheers
with boos or whistles from the guys,
and the look you're given by the students' eyes

Not all cheerleaders are stuck-up
sometimes I wish the school would just shut-up!
why can't cheerleading just be fun
instead it's a student fun-filled pun

So you cheerleader haters, please change your mind
get to know one, and I think you'll find
we are ALL not bad and some are nice
we don't go to school to give fashion advice!
