Im a high school cheeleader from hawaii and alot of ppl think it is just stuck up girls showing off what they look from their appearance but me, its being active, showing school pride and help pump our school. | ...jEsS... | nice poem!!! well you´re from USA and there is common the girl are cheerleaders, but i´m from mexico, and here it´s very difficult be a cheerleader, ´cause the people think we´re cute girls but without brain, they think that we only shout and dance without an objective. I´m a cheerleading, and I will going to the cheers WOrld, and i´m going to do my best to demostrate that cheerleaders can do extraordinary things with an objective... be the best!!!

But not all of us "non-cheerleaders" are bad. I mean. im a BASKETBALL player.
And i dont put down cheerleaders. Some of my BESTFRIENDS r cheerleaders.
And you cant say we all think that. its so not true. even though some of us do thnk that some of it really is true. some cheerleaders are in fact like this.

| I know excactly what it feels like to look in the crowd and see jealous snotty girls glaring and pointing at you and seeing guys whistle and wink at you. People dont understand what its really like to cheer. My squad practices every other day and at night and on top of that we have to take tumbling and dance classes. Our coaches condition the heck out of us and our competition practices would scare almost anyone out of cheerleading. Me and my friends always try to talk to kids that dont get much attention ever and we are always trying to keep a good reputation for cheerleaders. everyone says cheerleading is not a sport. but you need strengh attitude perserverance dedication & teamworkk

My schools cheerleaders practice 3 hours most days because of our competition. and it paid off.. we won state. People always tell us that we aren't a sport and to get over ourselves.
