AUTUMN
It begins in golden Octobera time when plants fully matureGrain harvest and fruits ripenSee the sunset, reflects, orange seaAnd mountaintop sprinkled with snowThe trees all shed their leafs painted goldOn the ground you can see the leafsdancing around in circles when the wind blowsFog, mist, morning dew and damp coldness comesGeese fly South, bees gather foodsome mammals change into their fur coatsAll are prepared for the coming winterOut there you feel the coldness of the airthe cleanness of the Earth made by the rainFeel the nice fresh breeze of the windblowing against your face, your soft hairand sometimes lifting away your umbrella inside outThe rain then drops onto your eyelashesBack in here, you can get cozyfeeling the warmth from the heatof the fireplace, when you swivelCause the fire had just warmed up your skinNow you walk into your kitchen You smell the sweetness of the baked piesThey were Pumpkin pies freshly madeYou open the kitchen windowA scent so strong, neighbourscome at your door, commenting on the pies and welcoming Autumnwhile breathing in the nice fresh airas the rain washed awaythe black dustiness of the streetsIt is pouring rain outsideYou can almost taste the salt of itBut you are drooling over the apple cider you made and the taste of the cinnamon apples on your lips is so sweetIn the back of your mindyou have not forgotten about ThanksgivingThe juicy tenderness meat of turkeyred grape wine you drank down your throatThe feeling of it is all so greatThe sound of Nature gives us AutumnHear the Chickadees call a clear chick-a-dee-dee-deeSwifts voice is a shill, excited je je je je in a descending scaleWhen you hear these songs of the birdsYou can be as excited as the Swifts and ChickadeesSounds as if the birds are getting ready for winterEven if you are sitting in your room, you can hear themwith the wind that whistles and bang on the windowWhen it blows so hard against the treesthe leafs sound like a waterfallThe harsh rain hits on your rooftopHear the water spilling out of the gutterswhen they are blocked by the moldy leafs and twigsBe not afraid of Autumn, cause you are safely at home
