PRINCIPAL
Either man or woman, strict and meanSometimes they are in your face, sometimes they cannot be seenThey are the paramounts of the building, which you are taughtAnd when you think you have done nothing wrong, you find yourself caughtThey are looked up to by adolescents, rangy and bantam, even if the children denyAt times they make you feel powerless and also want to cryIt seems they have all of the excuses in the world to give you a punishmentFrom going to your locker at the wrong time to having bad judgementHours and hours at the formidable asylum we call school, they trap probably more than a hundred students a dayThen try to make you payBut the day is over and you are freeFree from the bondage of their rage Free from their grip and their cage!
