When Christ rose What a price for us he did pay! He gave his life for you and me Set us free for eternity! They nailed Jesus down and He did so willfully Just for the opportunity for us to all be free He wanted our lives to be everlasting This is why He was humble at the passing! Never did He complain or even mind Giving up His life for all mankind! When we celebrate Easter this is the highlight Jesus is the light that shines so bright! When Christ rose again there was so much joy ahead I'm honored to carry the blood that He shed! We will always remember when our Christ rose Jesus is the answer as everyone knows!
