The arena opens her arms, And I mount my horse. I feel the tough leather reigns in my hands, Knowing they will guide my horse. I close my eyes, I hear whinnying out in the pasture. I smell hay and horse sweat. Dust flies beneath me like it is trying to escape the ground. The beating of horse hooves soothes me, And I can just enjoy the ride.
