Your coat is dark as midnight skies, the stars that sparkle are your eyes, and the breeze that moves the grass in crests reminds me of your gentle breaths. When feet strike cobblestones in twos, I hear instead your clopping hooves, and children's laughter is instead your gentle nicker in my head. It seems that everything I do reminds me just a bit of you.
