A mother's love Is more precious than gold A mother's embrace Keeps you warm when its cold During Christmas time it always hurts When your mother's not around to share its worth It hurts to see mother and child passing by To see it sometimes prompts you to cry But you stay strong anyway And try to get past the special day You miss the smell of baking in the kitchen You miss decorating the Christmas tree when your family is just 1 minus 3 With God by your side you will survive And within your heart her memory abides So to all without a loved one who was so dear God still has a listening ear
