I could've climbed a mountain, or sailed the open sea, Or written a book for all to read, of famous poetry, Or maybe played the music that made others stand and cheer, But there's no place I’d rather be than loving you right here, Of all the things I wanted, I had yet to realize, That I could find adventure when I look into your eyes, And just as I discovered, I hope someday you will see, The joyfulness in moments of our sweet simplicity, So take my hand and follow as we walk into the sun, The dreaming part is over and the journey has begun.
