I haven't traveled all over the world, Many things here are left to be seen, But places i visit while trapsing this earth I wish somehow my mom and dad could see. They have never seen mountains that reach to the sky, Or a desert with cactus so tall, A canyon so deep with an echo so loud, Or a pink and blue tri-level mall. Oceans no, they've never seen one, Or a beach with the whitest of sands, Sitting on lawn chairs while palm trees surround And cool breezes that caress like gentle hands. I wish i could transfer these memories to paper, All the photographs i keep in my mind, I would copy them off for my mama and daddy, And they could see this world's beauty one time.
