What goes up must come down What goes around eventually comes around. That’s nature’s rule for all and one Even God’s most powerful and omnipresent creation—The Sun. Its rises everyday Flooding the planet with happiness and sunshine Like a catalyst to life on earth. Its symbolic of all things bright and fine The Sun—our greatest source of warmth and light. But there comes a time when even the mighty sun must go down Veiling the earth with a cloak of darkness Yet that’s no time for fear or frown Because balance and harmony are nature’s secret So, what goes up must come down. But when the sun is down, just wait and watch A silvery moon will come around The twinkling stars will wink a while And the half-moon might just even smile You wouldn’t even know when darkness slipped by And someone quietly chased away the night If your faith is strong you’ll surely look high And seek the rays of hope at dawn And sure enough the sun will rise and shine And drench every being with its light Soon you’ll find the sunbeams dance your window pane And everything will seem just alright You’ll find the dark clouds gone before long And then your whole being will yearn To break into happy song!
