I look at him, he looks back. In a world that lacks peace of mind, We love to hate, to love, to discriminate. Deabates about living in the projects. Worring about hunger, and the day running by. Shame comes from the pain inside. I watch the tears as you cry. Look into my eyes, what do you see? Like the man 2pac spoke When he was a teen, I'm like a rose growing from concrete. Not thinking about deadlines, I do things on my own time. Don't wanna put havoc in your day, You know I love you, you know I care, But as I walk the Green Mile Why do they all stare? You don't care. Take it from me, please Don't waste your breath, Telling me what's wrong or right, Because life has already showed me.
