In the Darkness of the Human Soul In the darkness of a human soul One who has never felt so low A human soul In its dying throes Shall cast a shadow on its foes In the darkness of the night around The blood will rain upon the ground For when the darkness comes It shall have its fun Darkness shall hunt the souls of the light Before we can fight In the gathering gloom It waits for you He laughs at your fear Until he sees your tears Tears that even darkness can not beat They are not from defeat But what they are Are tears from the heart
