Mom and Dad thanks for everything, Having you as parents sure is a blessing, You've been there for me since day one, And ever since then it's all been fun, I can't believe it, it feels like just yesterday, When you would throw my diapers away, Remember when you guys brought me to my first day of school, I cried so much cause I didn't want to leave you, And through all my years, I had many fears, But you've always been there to wipe away my tears, I thank you for that and so much more, It's for your love and care that I truly adore, We might get into arguments once in a while, But by the end of the day one of us ends it with a smile, The life that I live with you is a great one, That's why I say, " I'm proud to be your son", I will always be there for you as you were for me, Because I love you and we are a family, Mom and Dad you both are great and wonderful, And that's why I thank God for having you.
