I love you Lord with all my heart and soul I just want you to have complete control Oh Lord I offer my life to thee That I now and forever your child may be Take away my selfish ambition and replace it with your ways So that I might walk closer to you the rest of my days Take away my status, my foolish pride So that I in you may abide Take this broken heart and torn up soul Come renew me Lord and make me whole I ask Lord that you free me from these bonds and all earthly things That I may come and fly with you on eagles wings This is my prayer, my soul desire That this dim light inside of me may become your consuming fire That for you I may burn bright And help show the world your light It's your captivating love that has set me free And by your side I long to be I can never look back nor turn around Thanks to this unfailing love I've found When times have been rough and times have been hard I always could rely on you my God Kneeling down beside my bed Bowing down my head Knowing that I don't deserve this debt that was paid for me Promising to be more like you and give unselfishly And in that moment tears roll down my face Wondering how I can possibly be worthy of so much grace The countless times that I've been blessed Have meant that with you I'm totally obsessed
