Look and see a beauty queen So sweet, kind, and funny One of those girls You would stop to look at If you were walking down the street So elegant and full of spontaneity She deserves the highest of esteem But then one day A mysterious beggar off the street Approached her and said you're hideous For he sees no beauty That he knows who she truly is Someone who is afraid To lead and reluctant to speak A puppet that is only used to entertain Why do we care? Honestly, why do we care? God made us for a reason In our own ways we all live uniquely With our different individualities Trying to get the message out to you People listening to my poem Accomplishments will not be made Dreams won’t come true If no power and instincts are achieved To stand up for yourself And make a difference You’ll have the power to be happy Don’t listen to these envious people Your opinion it the only thing that truly matters Not anyone else’s, do good deeds With good intentions Put away your selfish needs Help one another So you can go free and be happy Then you won’t care But honestly, why do we care?
