Snow white swans lifting you up Carrying you, flying, into fairy tales Away from the thoughts that fill your mind Thoughts of no importance or value Only thoughts that keep you here Stuck to the gravity of the real world You’re carried away To where unicorns and penguins sit in the sky In ice castles on the snow-covered clouds Pink, purple, red, green, blue, orange, and yellow Swirl in your eyes Instead of the black and grey reality Gravity frees you There’s nothing to pull your mouth into a frown Only everything you’ve dreamed of As a child and in your sleep You’ve escaped from the world And into this world of wedding dresses and mermaids
