 Poem:

DADDY

I know your gone.
Missing you and wondering what your thinking will always be on my mind.
You never once called after that one day.
Even though your not here I’ve been loving you over the time.

I wonder what happened to daddy’s little girl
We’re far apart now and not even close.
When I see all the other girls with their daddy’s.
I think of you and being with you the most.

We never really knew each other.
Never had the chance.
I’ve grown to be a teenager.
You’ve grown to be a stronger man.

Mummy says you didn’t love me.
That I’d be better off without you.
But I’m your little girl.
How can I believe that to be true?

I know you’ll always love me.
Even if we’re far apart.
Even though we didn’t really know each other.
You’ll always be in my heart.
