 Poem:

A HERO

A hero
Isn't rich or famous
As most seem to believe
But he's an ordinary man
Who does simple things in extraordinary ways
that few see

A hero
Isn't the dictionary definition
That most accept
But he's a simple and kind man
Who does the little things
No one sees

A hero
Isn't well known
As most tend to think
But he's a common man
Who changes lives
when few see

A hero
Isn't in magazines
as most accept
but he's an ordinary man
Who does anything for any one
When few see

A hero
Isn't in the news or on T.V.
as most tend to believe
But he's the simplest kind of man
Who's in our schools teaching every day
even when no one sees

(To all the teacher in my life K-12 who actually cared if I Succeeded or failed)
